FAQ Management - Edit FAQ Type
Here is where you can create a new FAQ type and give it a label.
TIP: Before creating an FAQ type, double-check to see if any of the existing types are suitable.
TIP: Make your FAQ type useful. For example, you may wish to create types based on who will find the FAQ item helpful, e.g, everyone, Budget Office, liaison librarians, technical services, and so on. Or you may wish to create types based on the content of the FAQ items, such as travel procedures or vacation policies.
You can also delete an existing FAQ types from this page. If you are viewing an FAQ type that already has FAQ items, those FAQ items will display on the bottom of this page. You cannot delete FAQ types that have FAQ items attached to them.
