File List
With the Files tool, you can upload files, or view and edit information about files that have already been uploaded. You can also use this tool to delete files or to replace files.
The File List page shows the files that have been uploaded on your intranet, if any. If you wish to view a file definition (title, description, filename, filesize, name of the person who uploaded the file, name of the person who last updated information about the file), click on the title of the file. This will also allow you to edit the definition of the file.
