You can define any number of services for your library. Click on the service name on the Service List screen to edit the name or description of the service or to delete the service. When you delete a service, all of the collected statistics for that service will be deleted. Use this function carefully.

The Reports component allows you to generate reports of the statistics you have collected. Before generating a report, you must select a date range to include, which service locations to include, which services to include, and which report type to generate. The report types are:
- Frequency by Location,
- Frequency by Service,
- Frequency by Day-of-the-Week,
- Frequency by Hour-of-the-Day,
- Location by Service,
- Location by Day-of-the-Week,
- Location by Hour-of-the-Day,
- Service by Day-of-the-Week,
- Service by Hour-of-the-Day, and
- Hour-of-the-Day by Day-of-the-Week.
The frequency reports will produce a bar graph of the number of transactions by the type of report selected. The other reports types will produce heat maps using the types specified as the vertical and horizontal axis. Heat maps allow you to visually identify high and low levels of activity.
You can also download your statistics to your computer as a tab-delimited file. You can then import this file into Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet program.
