Settings Tools - Personal Information
The Personal Information section contains information about you, including your name, title, email address, cell phone number, home address, and home phone number. Your name, title, and email address can be displayed on web pages created for your intranet. This information is considered to be non-confidential information. On the other hand, your cell phone number, home address, and home phone number cannot be displayed on web pages and is considered to be confidential information. Your confidential information is only viewable by authorized members of your library. Typically, this will be limited to the management of your library. You should include this information in case there is a legitimate reason to contact you using this information.
